On September 16, 2020, EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order under its authority pursuant to the Clean Water Act to Nalco Company LLC located in Gulf of Mexico. The Administrative Order was issued in response to violations of non-receipt DMRs. Nalco Company LLC must respond to EPA Region 6 by thirty (30) days of the effective date of this AO.
