On September 17, 2020 EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order under its authority pursuant to Section 309 of the Clean Water Act (33 U.S.C. 1251 et seq.) to Tana Exploration Company, LLC. located in the Gulf of Mexico. The AO was issued in response to monitoring report and effluent violations. Tana Exploration Company, LLC. must respond to EPA Region 6 within thirty (30) days of the effective date of this AO.
