On September 16, 2020, EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order under its authority pursuant to the Clean Water Act to Helix Energy Solutions Group located in the Gulf of Mexico. The Administrative Order was issued in response to violations of non-receipt DMRs. Helix Energy Solutions Group must respond to EPA Region 6 in thirty (30) days of the effective date of this AO.
