The Kickapoo Tribe in KS public water system has failed to comply with the SDWA due to failure to monitor and report key performance data from their surface water treatment plant. In addition, the PWS has failed to timely correct significant deficiencies identified during the EPA?s Sanitary Survey of May 2019. The AOC addresses these failures.
