On September 22, 2020, EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order under its authority pursuant to the Clean Water Act to Castex Offshore Inc located in Gulf of Mexico. The Administrative Order was issued in response to violations of non-receipt DMRs. Castex Offshore Inc must respond to EPA Region 6 by thirty (30) days of the effective date of this AO.
