On September 22, 2020, EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order (AO) under its authority pursuant to the Clean Water Act to Seadrill Americas, Inc. located in the Gulf of Mexico. The AO was issued in response to DMR violations. Seadrill Americas, Inc. must respond to EPA Region 6 within thirty (30) days. For more information, see documents below.
