On September 23, 2020, EPA Region 6 issued a Consent Agreement and Final Order CAFO under its authority pursuant to RCRA to Qorvo Texas LLC located in 4331 Innovation Drive, Farmers Branch, Texas. The CAFO was issued in response to violations of: 1) Failure to File RCRA 3010 Notification 2) Failure to meet the requirements of Large Quantity Generator of Hazardous waste. The CAFO requires Qorvo Texas to access all their solid waste streams and certify their compliance with RCRA stated under Compliance Section Section IV Page 5 of CAFO- RCRA Docket 06-2020-0987. Qorvo Texas must respond to EPA Region 6 by 90 days from September 23, 2020.
