On July 31, 2019, the EPA RMP team conducted an inspection of the Baker Boy Bake Shop RMP. The inspection and follow-up investigation review determined that the facility failed to comply with recognized and generally accepted good engineering practices, failed to complete required operating procedures, failed to update their RMP as required after an accident had occurred. The facility has corrected the violations and ECAD had closed out this matter with a $7,400 ESA
