Since system failed to comply with the MCL for TTHM and/or HAA5, they're in violation of 40 CFR 141.64. Respondent submitted a corrective action plan under AO (SDWA-02-2020-8014). This order puts Respondent on a compliance schedule, including instituting short term and long term actions, to comply with Stage 2 requirements.
