On September 24, 2020, EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order under its authority pursuant to the Clean Water Act to Magnum Hunter Productions located in Gulf of Mexico. The Administrative Order was issued in response to violations of non-receipt DMRs. Magnum Hunter Productions must respond to EPA Region 6 by thirty (30) days of the effective date of this AO.
