On September 25, 2020, EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order under its authority pursuant to Section 309 of the Clean Water Act (33 U.S.C. ? 1251 et seq.) to Siemens Energy, Inc located in the Gulf of Mexico. The AO was issued in response to reporting violations. Siemen's Energy Inc. must respond to EPA Region 6 within thirty (30) days.
