This Settlement
provides for the performance of Remedial Design activities to develop and implement a
Programmatic Institutional Control Implementation and Assurance Plan (ICIAP) and
Information Management Plan (IMP) by Respondents and the payment by Respondents of
certain response costs incurred by the EPA. the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality
(ODEQ) and the Tribal Governments at or in connection with the Work conducted under this
Settlement. relaEed to the selected remedy for the in-river portion of the Portland Harbor
Superfund Site
