A review of Ozark Mountain Poultry's (now Georges) TRI reporting revealed inconsistent reporting from 2 of 4 sites - Batesville Processing and Rogers Processing. Violations were confirmed and an agreement for settlement was reached with the environmental group. A CAFO was issued on September 30, 2020 for $220,000 for violations of Section 313 of EPCRA.
