Based on an EPA investigation conducted in response to a referral from New York City Department of Health, Respondent violated the Renovation Repair, and Painting Rule when it conducted renovations in NYC by failing to obtain firm certification, failing to assign a certified renovator, failing to provide the owner of building with Renovate Right pamphlet, and failing to retain records documenting compliance with the Rule.
