is not labelled in accordance with FIFRA Section 2(q)(1) in that it includes false and misleading
claims such as unqualified germ claims and endorsement claims such as Violet Defense is an EPA registered
company (Facility No. 92142) and is in full compliance with all regulations.
FIFRA 12(a)(2)(N) Failure to file reports required by the Act. The importer or the importer's agent
did not complete an electronic alternative to the Notice of Arrival of Pesticides and Devices (NOA)
EPA Form 3540-1 filed with the entry documentation via any U.S. Customs and Border Protection
(CBP) authorized electronic data interchange system.
