Facility will take such measures as are necessary to comply with all permit conditions, including ?Effluent Limitations and Monitoring Reporting Requirements? no later than thirty (30) days from the effective date of the AO. Within thirty (30) days of the effective date of this Order, Respondent shall submit a list of the specific actions taken to correct Chlorine, pH, Copper, TSS, and reporting violations.
