Enforcement case was transferred to EPA Enf Officer Jack Arias. Corrective actions and compliance were inadequate. EPA requested more information. After several meetings between EPA and facility, Mr. Teresa Montemayor (facility representative) provided proper documentation that include a final report that illustrated compliance with AO.
