Region 2 issued an administrative consent agreement/ final order pursuant to Section 3008 of RCRA against the Respondent, located in Jersey City, New Jersey, alleging two violations: failure to make hazardous waste determinations for waste-streams found at the Jersey City facility, failure meet the conditions necessary to accumulate hazardous waste without having obtained a permit or qualifying for interim status and had stored hazardous waste at the Jersey City facility.
