On 4/1/2020 a Notice of Warning was issued to Sharlee Foster, in reference to the company Deardorff Fitzsimmons Corp. Est. No. 75266-OR-001 for their failure to submit a 2019 annul production report, as required of any pesticide producing establishment in accordance with FIFRA.
