Administrative Settlement under CERCLA Sections 104, 106(a), 107, and 122 at the Conway Park Superfund Site (the Site) in Somerville, Massachusetts. The Site is being addressed under a carefully coordinated 50/50 mixed-work and cost-compromise approach, with EPA performing up to $3 million in cleanup work, and the Respondent, City of Somerville (City), performing the rest of the work under the terms of the AOC, with EPA oversight. The Settlement is also entered pursuant to the authority of the Attorney General of the United States to compromise and settle claims of the United States, which has been delegated to the Assistant Attorney General for the Environment and Natural Resources Division.
