On 9/30/2020, EPA Region 10 issued a Notice of Refused Admission instructing the U.S. CBP to refuse the admission of 4 - 50 galllon drums of misbranded PIN NIP Technical Chlorpropham (EPA Reg. No. 65726-2). The product was misbranded in that the label was missing important updates required on all labels by August 2011 under the Container/Containment Rule.
