This administrative settlement agreement and order on consent requires the Respondent to perform a remedial design of the remedy selected in the Record of Decision signed by the Administrator on September 30, 2019 for the CPS/Madison Industries Site located in Middlesex County, New Jersey. The work is estimated to cost $1.43 million and the Respondent agrees to pay all future oversight costs incurred by EPA in overseeing the work.
