This administrative settlement agreement and order on consent requires the Respondent to perform a remedial design of the remedy selected in the Record of Decision signed by the Administrator on August 12, 2019 for the UOP Site located in Bergen County, New Jersey. The work is estimated to cost $2 million and the Respondent agrees to pay all future oversight costs incurred by EPA in overseeing the work.
