This Settlement provides for the performance of
Remedial Design activities to develop an Interim Data Sharing Portal and Interim Database by
Respondent and the payment by Respondent of certain response costs incurred by the EPA, the
Oregon Department of Environmental Quality (ODEQ) and the Tribal Governments at or in
connection with the Work conducted under this Settlement, related to the selected remedy for the
in-river portion of the Portland Harbor Superfund Site (the Site).
