Respondent failed to comply with all requirements of the Renovation, Repair and Painting (RRP) Rule by failing to become firm certified prior to performing regulated work, not assigning a certified renovator to the regulated projects, not providing lead information pamphlets to owners and occupants, and not keeping records to demonstrate compliance.
