On October 27, 2020, EPA filed an Expedited Consent Agreement and accompanying Final Order for a violation of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA). Millennium Packaging Services, Inc. failed to submit their Annual Pesticide Production report by the annual March 1st due date for their pesticide-production facility located in Carbondale, Pennsylvania. As a result, they were assessed a penalty of $1,000. EPA-registered pesticide-producing establishments are required to submit their production reports annually to the Agency, listing the names and types of pesticides they produce, the amounts produced and distributed in the previous year, and the amount they expect to produce in the coming year.
