From January 17, 2017 to September 13, 2020, Premiere Packaging Inc. distributed or sold the unregistered distributor product, Mr. Clean Professional Disinfecting Multi-Purpose Cleaner, EPA. Registration Number 6836-333-3537. Distribution or sale of an unregistered pesticide is a violation of Section 12(a)(1)(A) of FIFRA.
On September 19, 2020, Premiere Packaging provided EPA with information that once they were aware of the distributor product's registration status, the Registrant requested EPA to reinstate the registration of the distributor product Mr. Clean Professional Disinfecting Multipurpose Cleaner, EPA Reg. No. 6836-333-3537. The distributor product was reinstated by EPA on September 14, 2020.
