On November 13, 2020, EPA Region 5 reviewed the NOA submitted on behalf of Trademark Global LLC. Trademark Global LLC attempted to import the pesticide device, Solar Powered Light, Mosquito and Insect Bug Zapper-LED/UV Radiation Outdoor Stake Landscape Fixture for Gardens, Pathways, and Patios by Pure Garden, which was produced in an unregistered facility. The pesticide device is misbranded as the container label failed to include an EPA establishment number. Region 5 recommended CBP to deny entry and refuse delivery of the misbranded device on November 18, 2020.
