On November 4, Region 3 issued a Notice of Refusal of Admissions (NORA) to the U.S. Customs and Border Protection to refuse admission of a misbranded pesticide imported by UPS Supply Chain Solutions through the UPS Hub at the Port of Philadelphia. The shipment contained a disinfectant called Vital Oxide RTU which had a label that was missing information required under FIFRA. Sale and distribution of a misbranded pesticide is a violation of FIFRA.
