On December 15, 2020, Region III issued a Notice of Warning (NOW) to Prescription Fertilizer and Chemical Company in connection with the sale and distribution of a misbranded pesticide from their EPA-registered Ivor, Virginia pesticide production establishment. The pesticide was misbranded because the language on the label did not match the EPA-accepted pesticide label. Specifically, the label lacked directions for use. The NOW requires Prescription Fertilizer and Chemical Company to come into compliance with FIFRA.
