On December 17, 2020, Region III issued a Notice of Warning (NOW) to Intercoastal Trading, Inc. connection with the sale and distribution of the violative pesticide ?Hypochlorite Solution? from their EPA-registered Cambridge, Maryland pesticide production establishment. The pesticide was violative because it did not include the required refillable/non-refillable statement nor the proper residue removal statement, both of which have been required on any pesticide product released for shipment by a registrant after August 16, 2011. The NOW requires Intercoastal Trading, Inc. to come into compliance with FIFRA.
