On October 7, 2020, EPA Region 6 filed a Consent Agreement and Final Order under its authority pursuant to the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act resolving alleged violations in the matter concerning Walmart Inc., located in Bentonville, Arkansas. The Consent Agreement and Final Order was entered into in response to violations of FIFRA Section 12(a)(1)(A) and requires Walmart to maintain compliance and pay a civil penalty in the amount of $350,000.
