Around March 15, 2021, the 2019 Report for ABF Labs, Inc., EPA Establishment Number (EPA Est. No.) 54450-IL-2 was found in EPA�s records; the Report was postmarked on February 28, 2020. A submission letter accompanying the 2019 Report for EPA Est. No. 54450-IL-2, indicated the envelope included the 2019 Report for American Blending and Filling Company, EPA Est. No. 71681-IL-1. EPA has reason to believe the 2019 Report was submitted prior to the March 1, 2020 deadline based on the submission letter.
The NOW issued on January 4, 2021 is withdrawn and should not be counted as a FIFRA violation.
