Respondent produced and distributed an unregistered and misbranded pesticide, the PlaneAire Travel Mist. The PlaneAire Travel Mist label contained false and misleading public health claims. Additionally, the Respondent is not and has never been a registered pesticide producing establishment. They have agreed to pay a penalty of $31,500 and return to compliance with the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA).
