It appeared that Respondent failed to submit to the EPA the Pesticides Report for Pesticide-Producing Establishments (EPA Form 3540-16) for calendar year 2019 at Est. No. 86245-OH-1. On March 26, 2021, EPA obtained a hard copy of the Pesticide Report for calendar year 2019 for that was postmarked on February 28, 2020. NOW was issued in error.
