NOW was issued on 2/23/21 via certified mail for the alleged failure to submit the 2019 EPA Form 3540-16 for EPA Est. No. 106-IN-1 to EPA. The original 2019 EPA Form 3540-16 was later found in EPA records and demonstrated the Respondent submitted the 2019 Report to EPA by the March 1, 2020 deadline. The NOW issued on 2/23/21 should be withdrawn and not counted as a FIFRA violation.
