Specifically, the device is not labelled in accordance with FIFRA Section 2(q)(1) in that it includes claims about the effectiveness of the product that could be considered false or misleading such as ?99.9% Perfect Sterilization?, ?sterilization/disinfection starts automatically,most economical and effective sterilization method in existence?, keep hygiene and safe of you and your family.
