Sold or distributed a restricted use pesticide to an applicator without certification: Nutrien Ag Solutions, Inc. sold or distributed a quantity of the restricted use pesticide Sniper, EPA Reg. No. 34704-858, to Agricultural Air Services, LLC, who did not have certification in that area of Indian country and applied the restricted use pesticide without the direct supervision of a certified applicator, in violation of 40 C.F.R. ? 171.307 and Section 12(a)(2)(F) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. ?136j(a)(2)(F).
