PPG was identified from data mining EPA databases as having late reported 7 TRI chemicals in 2017. Searching the eDisclosure database showed PPG did not take advantage of EPA's Audit Policy. After lengthy discussions a mutual agreement was reached for settlement. A CAFO was issued in February 2021.
