An Expedited Settlement Agreement between the EPA and Craft Painters LLC was issued to resolve RRP violations resulting from a June 2019 jobsite inspection. The settlement included a $2000 penalty for failure to assign a certified renovator to the project and failure to maintain proper records documenting compliance on renovations. Craft Painters LLC has made efforts to achieve compliance.
