EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order (AO) to F & H Water Service d/b/a F & H Water Services, LLC (Respondent). EPA Region 6 issued the AO under its authority pursuant to Section 1414(g) of the Safe Drinking Water Act to Respondent at its water system in Three Rivers, Texas. The AO was issued in response to violations of the Revised Total Coliform Rule (RTCR). The AO requires Respondent, within thirty (30) days of receipt of the AO, correct an identified sanitary deficiency or develop an approved plan to correct the deficiency.
