EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order (AO) to Vadhwani Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a Hancock Plaza I & II (Respondent). EPA Region 6 issued the AO under its authority pursuant to Section 1414(g) of the Safe Drinking Water Act to Respondent at its water system in Canyon Lake, Texas. The AO was issued in response to violations of the Revised Total Coliform Rule (RTCR). The AO requires Respondent, within thirty (30) days of receipt of the AO, to submit an RTCR sampling plan to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality for review and approval.
