EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Order (AO) under its authority pursuant to Section 1414(g) of the Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA) to the The Town of Tullos (LA1059010) located in Tullos, LA. The AO was issued in response to violations of 40 C.F.R. 141.403 and 404. The AO requires the Town of Tullos to address Maximum Contaminant Level (MCL) violations for disinfection by-products within the time frame submitted by the water system for achieving compliance.
