EPA Region 6 issued an Administrative Penalty Order (APO) to Yogi Bear Jellystone Park under its authority pursuant to 1411(g) of the Safe Drinking Water Act to Respondent located in Robert, LA. The APO was issued in response to violations of the Revised Total Coliform Rule (RTCR). Yogi Bear Jellystone Park must respond to EPA Region 6 within 30 days of receipt of the APO.
