LKQ Northeast, Inc., the owner and operator of auto salvage yards throughout the country, has agreed to pay administrative penalties to settle allegations that it had violated the federal Clean Water Act storm water requirements at its Webster, Leominster, and Southwick, MA facilities. Under the February 9, 2021 agreements, LKQ will pay penalties of $129,425 (Webster facility), $83,000 (Leominster facility), and $81,000 (Southwick facility).
