On February 5, 2021, EPA Region 6 issued a Stop Sale, Use or Removal Order (SSURO) under its authority pursuant to Section 13(a) of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), 7 U.S.C. ? 136k(a) to Aktive Health LLC, located in Naples, Florida. The SSURO was issued in response to violations of Section 12(a)(1)(A) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. ? 136j(a)(1)(A), for selling or distributing unregistered pesticide products. Aktive Health must immediately cease the sale, use, or removal of the products, except in accordance with the provisions of the SSURO, or until the products are in compliance with FIFRA.
