On February 24, 2021, Region 10 issued an expedited settlement agreement and final order to Palmer
Enterprises LLC for violations of the RRP Rule occurring in Spokane, Washington. EPA Region 10
alleged that Palmer Enterprises LLC failed to become RRP firm certified prior to performing renovation
work on a pre-1978 residential property as required by the RRP Rule. Respondent agreed to settle and
pay a penalty amount of $200.
