On February 4, Region 3 issued a Notice of Refusal of Admission (NORA) to the U.S. Customs and Border Protection to refuse admission of an unregistered pesticide called Antiviral Mask Spray through the port of Washington DC Dulles. Sale and distribution of an unregistered pesticide is a violation of FIFRA. The importer has stated they wish to export the product back to the country of origin.
