Respondent imported a misbranded pesticide, Lysol Disinfecting Wipes. The Lysol Disinfecting Wipes labels displayed multiple EPA establishment numbers with no way to distinguish where the products were last produced. Respondent has agreed to pay a penalty of $117,461 and return to compliance with the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA).
