On February 9, 2021, EPA and First Light Technologies, Inc. (First Light) settled an administrative penalty case for an alleged violation of EPCRA that occurred at First Light's facility in Poultney, Vermont. EPA alleged that First Light failed to timely file an EPCRA Section 313 Toxic Release Inventory (TRI) report for mercury processed in calendar year 2018. First Light filed this form in April 2020. First Light agreed to pay a settlement penalty of $23,558.
